The US Airflow (EXAIR) atomizing nozzles are available in three types:
Internal hybrid type:
It is a mixture of liquid and compressed air inside the nozzle. It is suitable for dry industrial applications. It has three spray forms:
External hybrid type:
It is a mixture of liquid and compressed air sprayed outside the nozzle. It is suitable for occasions where the flow demand is large. Gas-liquid feed can be controlled separately. It has three spray forms:
Siphon feed type:
It uses the siphon principle to feed the liquid, and then mixes it with the compressed air inside the nozzle. It is suitable for occasions with low flow demand. It has two spray forms:
All of the above types of nozzles can be interchanged by replacing the nozzles.
